Fundacion Bip Bip was founded through the initiative of entrepreneurs and professionals in the field of new technologies, which detect the exclusion of large numbers of people in the digital revolution, all caused by an unfavorable social situation aggravated by the lack of access to technology.

Since then, the foundation has been contributing to its work with immigrants, people with disabilities, women, elderly, drug rehabilitation, tutored children, homeless people and those groups excluded or at risk of social exclusion have more opportunities in the current Information Society.
