In order to travel to the Dragon Isles, you will need to own the new Dragonflight expansion and have a character currently at level 58 or higher.Level 60

To level beyond 60 you need to purchase the Dragonflight expansion which is the latest one. The reason for the different level is that there was a level squish in Shadowlands were 60 became the new max.
